  sir, i created a website yesterday , but on main page it is coming on top ‘ For a starter guide to WordPress.com and to learn more about this the’….please remove it from main page

  Hi there, see if there is not a dismiss link or a close button on the popup notice. it doesn’t show when users visit the site that is only there to help you get more info about getting you started.
