  i have a couple things coming up for renewal. i only want to renew one. i am just about on the verge to cancel all 17 of my sites associated with wordpress.com just because i cannot contact someone concerning payments. dealing with a support forum for money issues is absolutely unacceptable.

  i realize that you would be inundated with all kinds of needless traffic if you published an email address, but you should at least have some kind of contact form for dealing with issues that require me to give you money… and as memory serves, the last renewal on one of my sites happened automatically and i should have just stopped it.

  You can turn off the auto-renew option from your Dashboard >> Store – for each option
