  I had sent a request to delete my blog on Oct 30, 2011. I changed my mind abour deleting this blog. Will it still continue?

  The delete process is automated. If you requested a delete through the Tools → Delete Site page in a blog and then you never click on the email confirmation link then the site won’t be deleted.
