Do not have access to my own website

Hello,
My website was built by a third-party website builder (a website agency I’ve hired).
I cannot contact him (he has not been in touch since the website was completed). He never gave me my log-in information.
I need access to my website again, as there is outdated information on there.
Additionally, I am a Dentist (DMD) so I need to ensure that the proper information is updated.
