Do not have access to Tags module to the right of the post editor

Only categories appear in the side bar, no tags so I cannot add them to my posts?
Any help would be great!

Hi,
Have you tried to edit one of your posts, click the Screen Options button at the top right corner and make sure that the Tags box is checked? This should make the tags option come back on the right sidebar.
