Do not have the necessary privileges to access my own dashboard?!

  I m being told that I don’t have privilege access for my own blog, why might that be?

  At present, there are no sites associated with your WordPress.com user account.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

  Hi there and thanks for the response.

  The blog was on wordpress.com I believe. I only ever managed it over the web and never downloaded any software.

  The site is tokyodiaries.wordpress.com and I can still access it to view it regularly.

  I still receive emails regarding the site at (email visible only to moderators and staff) but wordpress has no record of this address and when I sign is as (email visible only to moderators and staff), there are no blogs associated with the account.

  Very puzzled, any help much appreciated!

  The site you mentioned is not associated with your WordPress.com user account.

  If you are claiming to be the owner of this site and have lost access to its associated account, let me know, and I will open up a private support request so we can address this issue.
