Do not have ‘Theme Options’ Available in my ‘Appearance’ drop down

  Theme options is where I can change the logo from the theme I am using, to my own logo. I currently do not have this.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums or contact support for the theme you’re using instead.

  Hi and thanks for your reply.

  The site is http://sharkeystreehouse.com/ — it’s being hosted by GoDaddy but is a WordPress-based site. I have submitted a support ticket for the theme. Some of the problems I having appear to be WordPress-specific issues. I’ll continue to work with the theme developer and see what results.

  For the WordPress specific issues you need the WordPress.org forums link I gave above. That is the correct place for support with the WordPress software you’re using on your site.

  This forum where you’re posting now is for WordPress.com, a hosting provider like GoDaddy, and we can only help with sites hosted on our servers, not with general issues with the open source WordPress software.
