Do not know password for my wordpress site and email is not sending me anything

I am trying to log into my wordpress site http://www.doraandfriends.info/wp-login.php and I do not know my password. I clicked on the link ”Lost my password’ and entered my email address, but I have received nothing in my email. In the meantime I cannot get into the admin of my site. Please help me! Thank you very much!

I too am trying to change my password. I’ve waited days now for a confirmation email from wordpress to complete the change, but have received nothing.

I am the General Manager at Dimbangombe Safari Lodge, and recently I registered with WordPress to create a new website for our Safari Lodge. Since then I discovered a previous employee had already started a website located at: https://africacentreforholisticmanagement.wordpress.com/dimbangombe-safaris/
We now have no means of contacting that employee to get the access to maintain the old site
How can I recover the login for that site so I can either maintain or modify to suit our current needs? -

doraandfriends.info is a self hosted WordPress.org site connected to your WordPress.com account by the Jetpack plugin.
We are only able to help with access to WordPress.com sites on these forums. doraandfriends.info appears to be hosted with Subrigo Corporation, so I’d recommend contacting them. They should be able to help you out.
