Do not know why can’t login to the wordpress website

I am the new digital marketer of the following webpage company, due to some issue, the previous digital marketer is sharing the login information for me, but i failed to login some how, can I know what might cause this to happen and what support can i get? do this page already expired in a long time? if like this i would like to replan to restart a new website with new purchasing then , same as https://henfenloan.com/

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
The login information for the admin account on that site cannot be used to log into a WordPress.com username account, and no WordPress.com username account can be used to log into the dashboard for that site, as the two are completely separate.
Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
