Do not know WordPress PASSWORD and EMAIL

  It’s been impossible to retrieve my old blog because I want to cancel our subscription, but I do not know my email and I don’t know the password. I know the username: dmyinspires but it does me no good because when I press lost password it asks for email which I do not know. It’s really frustrating please contact me. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)…my sites url is http://www.dmyinspires.com

  dmyinspires.com is owned by the account dmyinspires. If you are unable to reset the password with that username or have forgotten which email address is connected to the other account, we’ll need you to fill out the account recovery form:

  Recover Your Account

  The transaction ID for the last renewal can be submitted via that form as proof of ownership — please do not share that information on these public forums though.

  The email address you mentioned is connected to the account you are currently logged in to, not the one that owns dmyinspires.com. For security reasons, I can’t confirm which email address is being used for that account.
