do not renew

    Hello, I received an email that my domain will be renewed soon. I do not wish to do this. When I try to deactivate it online it says I do not have a website. Now I am just confused at what to do. I don’t want to be charged and I don’t want to renew. Please help. The domain name is austynsmithva.com. Thanks

    When I try to deactivate it online it says I do not have a website.

    austynsmithva.com is owned by a different account to the one you are using to post here. We’ll be happy to help but we’ll need you to log in to that account first — please try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your renewal reminder (or purchase receipt) was sent to.
