Do not understand. How can I renew domain?

    I received a phone call telling me that my blog (? – I think the recording said ‘blog’) was about to expire and that I should go to wordpress.com>dashboard> store> my upgrades. That’s what I did. Once there I didn’t understand what to do. The message was that I don’t have any domains! I don’t want to purchase premium, but I don’t want the domain to entirely go away either.

    Can you help; me understand what this was all about?

    A phone call? WordPress.com does not make phone calls. It sounds like a spam call.

    Do you have a custom domain, like whatever.com? If not, then ignore the whole thing. If you DO have a custom domain, check on your Domains page to see when it needs renewal and when it does, renew from your blog Domains page and nowhere else.
