    did not want auto renew would like a FULL refund (35.88) not just the 5 $ and to cancel all accounts, i did not get a notification that I was going to be renewed on this date

    Hi zucchinibikini6,

    No problem, I’ve refunded the remaining $30 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.

    i did not get a notification that I was going to be renewed on this date

    A renewal reminder was successfully sent to the email address on your Account Settings page, on 9th May 2018. If you didn’t received an email at that address, it may have gone to your spam folder so you may want to check there.
