    Hi there,

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

Note: If you purchased a domain URL through wordpress.com and wish to keep it to use it on another site then, of course, there will be no refund for that portion of the upgrade.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying.wordpress.COM URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying.wordpress.COM URL and purchased the upgrade?
    4. When was the upgrade cancellation and refund request made?

When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.

How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then we subscribe to this thread so we are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

Here’s the info from the email

cheatingon2ndstreetlbc.com is about to be automatically renewed on April 4, 2016.

You will be charged $18.00 for this renewal in 6 days, on April 4, 2016.

You don’t have to do anything — this is just a reminder.

    Thanks for the domain URL.

    What is the underlying.wordpress.COM URL?

And, exactly which username account registered the underlying.wordpress.COM URL and purchased the upgrade?
    See here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/cheatingon2ndstreetlbc

You will have yo log out and clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies , and then login under the correct username account which appears to be this one https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/cheatingon2ndstreetlbc

    Hi there, vliddellcorona613!

It looks like you have 2 different WordPress.com sites. Take note of the email address to which the renewal notice was sent, and make sure you’re logging into that WordPress.com account to manage the custom domain, cheatingon2ndstreetlbc.com.

Put another way, realestatesucks.wordpress.com does not have any upgrades, but the WordPress.com account associated with cheatingon2ndstreetlbc.com does, so you’ll want to log into that account to manage the renewal.

    Hope that helps!
