Do not want to renew account!!!!

  I do not want to renew for myworldaccording2me…..I think I canceled, but I want to make sure I did it correctly, when i tried to contact someone I was surprised to see support will not be back until after its too late for me to cancel. I need to cancel by Sept. 16, so I want it documented that I wanted to cancel my entire account and do not want to be charged for anything. Thanks!

  Please, you can check if you were charged:
  dashboard—>store—>my upgrades
  or
  dashboard—>billing history—> (you should see dates of charges to paypal or credit card)

  As a volunteer I cannot see what upgrades you have made to your private site (and I probably could not tell upgrades except for CSS). Staff will be able to handle this situation, so have a good evening without fretting. They do certainly check into the forums and will respond to the modlook tag on this topic.   Auto-renew has been disabled, so it won’t renew if you don’t manually renew it yourself.
