do paid plans still appear to have wordpress in the website address?

    Hi there,

    I’m considering changing to WordPress from weebly but even when I choose a paid premium plan my website seems at checkout it will appear with http://www.xxxxxxxx.wordpress.com in the title..

    Is this correct? It says on the plan details that paid options REMOVE wordpress from the site…

    Please could someone give me a clear response because I’m not paying 90€ a year for a site with wordpress in the title..

    Hi There,

    Yes, you can choose your own domain with a premium paid plan and without a wordpress.com suffixed to it.

    Have you selected the correct domain while checkout ?

    If yes, Can you please check what’s the domain name showing in your order summary ?
