Do people commenting HAVE to sign in with a service to make a comment?

  Can I allow comments without having a visitor sign in with wordpress, twitter or Facebook?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure, if you go to Settings > Discussion you can manage the restrictions on who can post comments. It looks like currently users are not required to enter their name and email or be logged into a service to comment.
