Do RSS feeds show up in the stats?

  Basic question, are the hits inclusive of RSS feeds?

  I think so, because my homepage gets no where near my total stats.

  The stats per post include both feed and site views. The main stats graph doesn’t include RSS stats.

  Not exactly. The per-post stats that you see on your main page do not count RSS readers. RSS stats do not count on the main stats page. If you click on the graph beside each post’s name on that page, though, you get a graph that shows the regular AND RSS views for that post.
