I received a letter a few months ago about my Domain Renewal. On the letter it has option to renew it for 1, 2 or 5 years. I would like to know if this letter comes from you if not. Do you have an option on how I can even save money if I renew for 2 or more years in one payment? Also, the cost is in US dollars right? That doesn’t sound like something we sent. There are a lot of scammy places that will scrape your email and contact info from whois data and try to get you to switch registrars through methods like that.
The best way to renew your domain is to log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard and go to Store–> Domains.

my domain milanofsydney.com is paid until 11 May I think. however, after this i would like to cancel the paid domain service but would just prefer to use the free wordpress blog/link can u make sure that my card does not get charge for another year of service please if you dont mind. thanks mate.

It doesn’t look like auto-renewal is set up for your domain (the card that was on record has expired). So you should be just fine. You will receive some renewal reminder emails, but you can just ignore those.
