do visits via tagged urls show up in stats?

    If visitors come to my blog to read a post via a url link that contains a tag (rather than url for the post) does it count in the stats? If so, where?
    The url link is NameOfBlog/tag/NameOfTag
    Someone posted it on Facebook. One can in fact read the entire post via this type of link, without having to click though. I never noticed previously.

    Hi Tricia – Yes, anytime someone actually visits your blog, they count as a visit, no matter which page of your blog they arrive at. For a tag archive, the count would show as Home page/Archives in the Posts section, since they’re not loading a specific post.
