Do wordpress blogs ever get deleted due to inactivity?

  Hi everyone,

  I use a private wordpress blog pretty much like a diary, however there are times when I do not update it regularly.

  My question is, just say I was to not visit this blog for like 10 years or even longer? Would it still be there? Can I still read over my funny entries and have a good laugh or does it get deleted (like hotmail accounts being disactivated after the user not using it).

  Oh thank god!! =) lol.

  But just wondering, why don’t blogs get deleted… I mean would it not be wasting the wordpresses space? ?
