Do WordPress.com Upgrade prices include VAT?

  As per the title — if I upgrade my account to a personal plan, the checkout price is listed as £54 to be charged against my account. Is that the total amount of money that will be collected from my back account — or or is it £54+vat?

  Thanks in advance for a hopefully quick answer, as I need to know this before I can proceed.

  Can’t edit: should (hopefully obviously) say bank account, not back account. ;)
