Do you allow any exceptions for a refund for a blog cancellation beyond 30 days?

Due to unforseen circumstances that popped up this past February, I was instructed by my organization not to continue with blogging.
I would like to cancel this blog and receive a partial refund and start a completely different blog for my personal purposes (perhaps with the same package).
Pls. let me know if this is feasible.

I’m sorry, we are only able to offer a refund if we receive notification within 30 days of the purchase. Though, if you want I can move the bundle to one of your other blogs.
