  Not anymore they don’t. They’re currently ripping people off with what they call their “Pro” plan until they decide sooner or later to maybe add some options. They did offer a great $48 per year plan but that’s gone out the door now.

  We made some changes to our plans a few weeks ago and currently only have our Free plan and Pro Plan:

  Thanks for the information. It is said the Starter Plan doesn’t include the plug in, not sure if it includes the free plug in.

  Hello again, currently Plugins can only be installed on sites on the Pro plan. https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/
