Do you have any scripts etc. to help support Jaws Users on wordpress.com?

  I am having a lot of trouble trying to post on my own blog. I’d heard that WordPress was supportive to Jaws users and I’m aware of some of the things available from WordPress.org. Sadly a paid account isn’t an option, anything available to help me have better access to the .com site and its features? I am running Jaws For Windows version 11.
