do you host a version of worpress that allow any php or javascript script edit

  Im trying to make the best choice for a client that is requiring my service and maybe your service.

  I would like to host the wordpress site on your side but I need access to edit the code PHP JS HTML of my wordpress.

  I think i can try premium, i will but i think it only allow css editing.

  your answer is appreciated.

  None of the upgrades allow the editing of the PHP etc, or use of script – the VIP might allow some of that but that starts around $20,000/year and each plugin is I think $5,000 for a security audit – so WordPress.COM is probably not a good match for your client
