Do you need premium to redirect a domain?

    Hi,

    I attempted to buy a domain redirect today using PayPal and ever time I click ‘Agree and Continue’, I am brought to a page showing me the three WP plans, the Free, Premium and Business. Do I need to upgrade from Free (which I currently use, with a domain upgrade) to be able to redirect this site to another WordPress site? Thanks for your help.
