Unless it’s something you’ve created yourself, you cannot sell anything on a WordPress.com blog.

Yes it’s something I created myself and have full permission to sell. I’ve found Tinypass as the recommended app – any good feedback on this?

I think you may be a little confused here… you can’t add selling tools on a wordpress.com blog. You can certainly do that on a self-hosted site. See here:
And when you say you have permission to sell, whose permission are you referring to?
The only way you can sell on a wordpress.com blog is by putting a link to another site (for instance, I link to my Redbubble portfolio which hosts my artwork, some authors link to a sites that sell their books) but you’re not allowed to have a paypal sales button or shopping basket or credit card facilities here. You can have a paypal donate button, though.
