Do you refund custom design?

    I purchased custom design thinking it would help me upload a custom wordpress theme i’m working on but it was not what I was looking for.
    Is that something you can refund seeing as I haven’t used it?

    Yes, you’re right: that’s not how the custom design upgrade works. I’d be happy to refund you!

    It will take PayPal up to a week to reimburse you; it often takes less time than that, though.
