Do you upload documents that readers can download?

  Hi everyone,

  I’m just curious about how the upload/download document feature works on our blogs. To understand it better I would love to look at sites that use this feature so I can experience it as a reader.

  I can’t believe my luck. I’ve been trying to figure out if I could start running without killing myself. Appreciate the Sun Run schedule – but please don’t ask me publicly when I’m going to start. :)

  No way, seriously? Great. That’s a very solid program that I used to train injury-free. It’s excellent!
