Docx file uploading Error 'http error'

  Above mentioned link is where i m trying to upload docx file,
  I tried to upload php.ini file to increase file MB size , but unable to do so

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site link(http://careervistar.com/test-app-form/) you provided is using WordPress.ORG and also, it is hosted at GoDaddy.

  So i am sorry… but you have posted your issue in the wrong forum. This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not elsewhere.

  Both(WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG) are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
