Does a form have to be a page?

  I’m changing themes (launching soon) and adding forms and buttons.

  If I have a button in the sidebar widget that opens a form, it seems redundant to also have the form as a page on the menu – I don’t really want/need the form button on the sidebar AND as a page.

  Is there a way to create the button without using an url for a published page on my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Seems to be working fine. I created a form, added the form to a new page but didn’t add the new page to a menu.

  The button uses the url for the page with the form, but I don’t have to include that page on the menu.

  Aha! You resolved this on your own. Good going. We only include what we wish to include in a custom menu. :)
