does a guided transfer to WP.org move all media?

    I sent this message on August 17. no answer. HELP.
    Thank you for your support request:

    Client wants to move this blog to wordpress.org. I have a host and I tried to do the transfer myself but alas the media did not ride along. there is alot of media here and my volunteer hours only stretch so far. Does a guided transfer move everything????
