Does a plugin like this exist?

  I’ve saw Kaltura’s “All in One” plugin, it’s nice other than the fact that they host the videos and charge way too much monthly.

  Is there a WordPress plugin to turn a blog into a vlog, basically a plugin that lets you upload video, convert/compress them for playback on YOUR server, and embed them in a format that allows playback on your blog?
