Does adding both Title AND Alt -Title help SEO?

  Does adding both Title and Alt Title help SEO because the ones I have both one do better in the Stats. I stopped with both after the new WordPress update when they changed a couple of things, and even said having both could hurt your SEO

  It’s the ALT tag that counts for SEO.
