Does anybody know why I can't embed tweets using the the square brackets?

  This worked for me fine in the early goings, then I noticed when I opened the site, it comes in this wonky look as if it’s like a pull quote format. What gives?

  According to a Staff reply here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/twitter-embeds?replies=10#post-2451567 the culprit is the Twitter widget you have in your sidebar. Try removing the widget and see if the twitter cards don’t return.
