  I had an argument with staff about that myself. You can’t find it using the WordPress search: try it. You CAN find it using Google if you’re very, very careful with search terms and don’t mind paging back for some time.

  Staff do not want any but emergency contacts via that email, and their concept of “emergency” might not be yours.

  Given the catastrophic link issue, the catastrophic activation issue, and the chronic Reader issue, I would not expect to hear back from them quickly.

  The fastest way to solve your problem at WordPress.com is to go to Google and put in some keywords and search site:en.forums.wordpress.com frankly. Almost every question has been answered satisfactorily at least once.

  Thank you for your response. I recognize WordPress is a free service and that alone sort of diminishes any hope of reasonable customer service, but I have already submitted tickets to WordPress in the past with no answer.

  The customer service at WordPress is poor.

  I’ll just figure it out myself.
