Does anyone have use a China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan based web hosting service?

  I want to know if anyone has their domain and site with a web hosting company out of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan or a company around there. I am wondering if so, how is the service and what recommendations do you have? I want to do this because my site will be primarily for those who live in these areas and I want to make sure the loading time is on line with typical website loading times in their home country.

  Any advice or experiences or suggestions?

  Not sure where the WordPress.COM servers are located, maybe in the US.
