Does anyone know how to add a subscribe option to the header in Radcliffe 2 them

  Hey everyone,

  I am using Radcliffe 2 and love it. My site is http://www.supportedrecovery.com.

  I have a subscription widget but can only add to the footers of the site. I would like to add to the header and be able to add to the end of all blog posts. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this? Would be much obliged.
