Does anyone know of a responsive ad plugin?

  I’m looking for a plugin that can automatically make my Google and Amazon ad codes responsive to desktop/mobile/tablet. Does anyone know of one? I’m still on a huge learning curve when it comes to placing ads. I had all these gorgeous ads placed on my site thinking they were responsive only to find out they are making my mobile version look horrible. A plugin (like an Ad Inserter on steroids) would make it so I can place my ad code and then it will make sure the ads get fed to whatever device at the right size. Someone has to have thought of this, right? Thanks for your help.
