Does anyone know the pixel size for Reddle's featured image?
-
I have been trying to find it for a while now, I don’t know if I’m looking in the wrong places… But I really want to know the pixel size for the featured image on the Reddle theme. The images I have so far have black bars on the sides because it’s not fitting? I want to get ride of those by cropping where needed.
Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You could go to the Reddle live demo site https://reddledemo.wordpress.com/ and click the featured image there and view the image. The image information will reveal the size.

Thank you for that. Unfortunately, that theme’s demo doesn’t have a featured image post… So I still can’t find it.

Because Reddle’s main column is fluid – in other words, its width expands and contract depending on the width of the viewer’s browser window – there isn’t a fixed recommended size for the featured image.
Here’s a screencast to show you what I mean:
You could probably go with a width of about 1200px, or even wider if think you may want to to a theme in the future that needs a wider featured image — or if you think your viewers may be using giant monitors. :)
