Does changing blog address alter the 'HOME' page's url?

  I initially created a website “sabyassachi.wordpress.com” for me and realized I misspelled my name in the url (it should have been ‘sabyasachi’). So I changed the URL to “dassabyasachi.wordpress.com”. Now everything is fine except when I visit the website and click on the ‘HOME’ page, which I guess is the default page (I have created other pages) it goes back to “sabyassachi.wordpress.com” and shows that the site has been deleted. I checked the permalinks of the pages and they are showing “dassabyasachi.wordpress.com” in their link. All other pages are fine. Please help!

  Hi Sabaysachi,

  Hope you’re doing well today.

  You can change the menu item URL by going Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Now, assign/change URL for your HomePage
