Does changing password on WordPress.com change my WordPress.org?
-
Hi!
I originally started my website, wrenpeters.com on WordPress.com. After hiring a web designer a year later, I cancelled my domain and had it migrated to WordPress.org.
I still have access to my .com account, and have access to 4 blogs under one username, one of which is the old wrenpeters.com, now re-named by .com as wrenpetersdotcom.wordpress.com.
Yesterday I went into my .com account to delete some old blogs and change my password.
Strangely, when I went to my .org account this morning, my LastPass username/password combo have stopped working. After trying to use my regular .org username to reset my password at http://wrenpeters.com/my-account/lost-password/ nothing happens.
So my question is this: How do I get access to my .org website again? I do not have FTP access and it might be a few days before my designer has time to look into this. Is this likely from something I did with my .com username/password?
Help is much appreciated!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
