Does changing your username change the name of your blog?

  I purchased the domain linking and it is working A-Okay.

  I no longer want to use the current username.wordpress.com identity for this account. As it contains a real name.

  If I change my username… does that change the name of the blog, as in:

  oldusername —> is actually —> oldusername.wordpress.com

  To

  Newusername —> will then be —> Newusername.wordpress.com
