Does Chaotic Soul have the capacity for "Previous Post" and "Next Post" links?

I hope I’m not just missing this… I started my new year’s dinner blog using Chaotic Soul, which is great looking. I just noticed there is no obvious link on one post to send you to the previous or next post, as there have been – right above the post title – on my 2010 and 2011 dinner blogs. On those earlier blogs I used Pilcrow and Twenty Ten. They’re really nice, but both white-based. Is there a way to institute “Previous Post” and “Next Post” navigation links on Chaotic Soul?

  • Unfortunately, that is not part of the Chaotic Soul theme.

Oooooo K. How does one move from post to post, then? Are you saying it is only page-by-page instead? I guess I could probably live with that. I don’t have a whole page of posts so can’t discover what happens yet.

Also: what is that feature called? How would I constrain my search of themes to those with previous/past links? I suppose alternatively I could choose a theme with user-supplied background and header image and just make the background black…

Thanks for your reply – will save me a lot of time looking for how to do it, anyway!

To navigate between posts on Chaotic Soul, you would need to go back to the main posts page.

Unfortunately, the Previous and Next links don’t have a specific title. However, you can browse our Theme Showcase and click on the “See it in action” button to see a demo page of any of the themes you may be interested in using:

One theme you may want to take a look at is Nishita. It’s somewhat similar to Chaotic Soul and it does have the capacity to click on “Older” and “Newer”:
