Does Google index separate pages on a WordPress site?

I’m wondering if one has to submit each page or whether Google automatically crawls the whole site. Silly question, I know. Thanks in advance.

WordPress is an SEO-optimized platform, so we take care of that for you by sharing your “sitemap” with search engines automatically. The “sitemap” is essentially a full index of all pages on your site, formatted so Google can understand it. More info here: https://wordpress.com/support/sitemaps/
SEO is great on WordPress.com without your having to do anything special other than post to your blog regularly. The longer your blog exists, the more you post, and the more people who visit it, the higher it should climb in Google’s rankings.
