Does it cost money to share blog posts on Facebook & Twitter

Hi. I just started blogging. I have a free account. Do I need to upgrade to a basic personal account with a fee in order to share my posts to social media and to install FB and Twitter buttons on my posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
