Does it matter if I migrate from wordpress.com or .org?

  I want to migrate my wordpress blog to bluehost

  I moved my google blogger blog to wordpress but did it on both .com and .org. Are both my accounts on .com and .org connected? Like is it the same blog? Does it matter if I move it from .com or .org?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
