Does Members only data entry theme or template exist?

i am looking for a theme that i can use for the following idea:
I want all the managers be able to enter the employee info to the member only area in the web site. Entire site will be ‘member only’ base. So managers and employer can track the employee ratings and pros and cons withing the company.
this will be more like a company employee tracking software but access via web. it will not be open to public.
Is there anything like this i can create with a theme or template?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
