Does my account have a domain mapped to it?

    I need to know if my account (bestlifereset.wordpress.com) has a domain mapped to it. I tried to map bestlifereset.com to it, but I don’t think I was able to do it because I have not purchased a plan. I was attempting to set this site up for a colleague and they decided to go a different direction and tried to map bestlifereset.com to their own WordPress site and are now receiving an error saying the domain is already mapped to a WordPress site. If it is actually mapped to my site listed above, it needs to be unmapped. How do I do this?

    Hi there:

    The domain bestlifereset.com is not associated with any sites under the account you’re currently logged in as. However, it is set as the non-primary domain on another WordPress.com site owned by another WordPress.com user.

    Additionally, the domain itself is registered with GoDaddy and is using GoDaddy’s nameservers at the moment, which is why it won’t redirect to the WordPress.com site at the moment.

    We can’t disclose the account or site this domain is mapped to unless the user account that owns both makes the request.
